We want to visit Normandy. We will not have a car. Is there an RER line that goes from Paris to Normandy? If so, which one and what station would we get off at it? Would it require taking another train or bus?

Normandy is outside of RER train coverage from Paris.
There are Intercites branded trains leaving Saint-Lazare train station that travel to Evreux in Normandy in about 1 hour.
