RER B train schedule from CDG Airport to Paris during the Paris strikes can be found on the Paris train strikes page. Train schedule should be the same on Dec 26 & Dec 27.
Paris Metro trains are not fully running during the strike and you can't get to Eiffel Tower using the normal Metro line 6.
Bus #86 from Saint Michel to Eiffel Tower is likely your best option. See the Paris bus map for bus lines.
