Beauvais airport isn't directly serviced by Paris city or regional trains. The Paris-Beauvais shuttle bus is the most popular method to get from BVA to Paris - Porte de Maillot Metro / RER station, where you can then purchase your Navigo Decouverte week pass. This will be your first opportunity to buy a Paris Metro pass.
