The RER A train line will take you from Paris city center to Disneyland Paris.
There's also an RER A article with more details, line map, schedules for the RER A line.
The common stations for RER A inside Pairs would be (from west to east) Charles de Gaulle-Etoile, Auber, Chatelet les Halles, and Gare de Lyon.

You'll want to take the RER A line in direction/final destination of Marne la Vallee-Chessy which is where Disneyland is located (right at the last stop). There is another branch of RER A on the Eastern end that will terminate elsewhere (Boissy-Saint Léger), not at Disneyland.

Please check the 2nd link above for timetables of the RER A train.  There's frequent service throughout the day/evening so it should give you a good idea of the schedule.

Hi, I just noticed you mentioned Christmas Day.  The trains run as per Weekend/holiday day schedule on Christmas Day, which is nearly the same as a weekday, but later into the evening (by roughly 1 hour).  Frequency during rush hours is not a frequent as during a regular weekday.  Anyways, the schedules/timetables for Paris RER A trains.  The 2nd half of the large timetables PDF shows Saturday/Sunday/Holiday times (Samedi, dimanche et jours fériés).
