Is it logical to use T7+M7 for going to Gare du L’Est then walk for Gare du Nord to buy Navigo Decouverte on Thursday evening?
otherwise we’ll pay 39 € for three person to reach there would be somehow expensive before buying Navigo Decouverte.

I think Gare du Nord is your best bet. The Transilien ticket window on the ground floor and -1 floor (see the Gare du Nord article - Navigo Passes at Gare du Nord section) is my preferred place to buy Navigo passes. The Paris Region Airports ticketyou use to travel from Orly into Paris will cover you to Gare du Nord, where you can purchase the Navigo week pass and begin using it immediately.
