I was wondering what time the last train from Disneyland Paris to Paris city centre on New Years Eve? We will be spending the day at the park and night for the fireworks but will be staying in the centre. Do trains run all night?

Yes the RER A train will run all night long on New Year's Eve at a frequency of about once per hour at the outskirts, more frequently within central Paris.
